I announced several months ago, David Spragg and I were launching a web site with several 1,000 old chip manufacturers records. We hoped to have it up by Sept 1st.
We were asked to wait 60 days as something else might become available. It did not come about.
We were ready to launch again.
Yesterday I came into possession of a new set of records. I have been after them for several years. They were delivered to me at the Palms. A very pleasant surprise.
We need considerable man hours to get them scanned and ready for the site.

I have also over the years acquired bits and pieces of other companies records.
Plus my few find. Thank you very much to a fellow club member, for allowing us to use them.
I also have roughly 1,000 others that are copy written and will need more time to get them ready.
A number of Club and non club members have been major contributors to this fantastic collection of chip history. Proper credit will be given on the site.

New target date for launching is January 1.
