Don't mention PayPal in your auction description. After auction ends, give the bidder the option of using a cash-funded PayPal payment. They must have the option of other payment forms that you presumably mentioned in the auction, but the majority I've dealt with select the cash-funded PayPal. Not a big deal if you structure your auction properly.
