I personally would not...at least not yet.
Give him a chance to make it re-right *LOL*
But then again, someone has to be really bad for me to leave a negative. I will leave nothing more often than a neutral or negative. I view feedback as primarily a reward to a good seller/buyer, or a warning to others if he/she is crappy or shifty or crooked.
Look at his other feedback as well, if most is good, give him the benefit of the doubt.
Maybe some people oughta be more organized...but usually there is ALOT of in-n-out going on if someone is selling on ebay, and if they don't have a system perfected yet, mistakes happen.
