One thing that may help and probably can't hurt is to squirrel away a few chips when you are winning - just don't let the pit critters see you do it. That way when you color up after your session they will think you have lost a lot more than you really did. It is also great for money management. I frequently am surprised at how much I have in my pocket when I hit the cage. Mnay times really was a winner.
