When filing your return, you have to include the previous years refund as income. I only received the refund because I paid to much tax on the money. So, I receive the money back (that I should not have had to pay in the first place) and then I have to pay taxes on it again. This makes no sense to me. Can someone explain how this is is a valid taxing?
