Good news! From the cards it looks like the same guy, Phil Barr of Atlantic City NJ, ordered some 8500 chips between 1934 and 1937. I auctioned these twice on eBay. I still have quite a lot left. Since such a large quantity was ordered, we at least know they were for more than a private Friday night game. Anyone know who Phil Barr is/was?
