My understanding is that as of now, with the bill signing, you cannot fund your online account from a US bank.

This does not mean that online poker is illegal (as much as they want you to think), nor does it mean that Pokerstars will not service your account, in fact they have stated that they will remain active to the US market. You can fund your account in other ways -- including transfers from other players.
