INDIANA: More bad news for Donald Trump. Mark Merrill, a gambling addict who sent a certified letter to Trump's Indiana casino requesting that he be "evicted or arrested" if he entered Trump's casino claims that not only did Trump not honor the request, but also mailed him incentives to visit the riverboat, including a free hotel suite. Merrill has filed a $2.1 million lawsuit in Hammond's U.S. District Court. Merrill's ridiculous lawsuit claims the Trump Casino tracks gambling addicts for the sole purpose of gaining more business. The suit also contends that the offers from Trump led to him robbing two Illinois banks of $22,000. Merrill is currently serving a 63 month sentence at the Coleman Federal Correctional Complex in Florida. I guess Merrill needed something to do with all his spare time.
