To all online poker players-I recommend withdrawing all your funds and getting them back to your land based bank. I have been playing poker online for several years and make my main source of income (however small) from proping and playing online. Some of them have changed their terms and conditions to state in various forms that they can freeze and/or seize your funds if they have been used to violate your local laws. Obviously Full Tilt has not done that, YET!!!!

However, the problem is only partly with some online poker sites. More important, is how do you get your money back when the US law becomes enforceable. Internet banks, such as Neteller, have also amended their Terms and Conditions and they also can freeze or seize your funds.

UNTIL THE DUST SETTLES AND THE US PASSES REGULATIONS REGARDING THE NEW LAW, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE ALL MONIES OUT AND GET THEM INTO US LAND BASED BANKS OR CASH.

YOU CAN ALWAYS REDEPOSIT THEM, LATER.
