As you can tell, this is not the first time this has happened and excuses don't leave me liking it any better. I commend you and appreciate your very generous offer of a full refund. And it's okay that you don't have any more, but I would have rather had the chips more so than the money. That's the main reason I bid on them.

I'll not apologize for the pic either. After all, if I didn't want anybody to see my personal info, I wouldn't put it on an envelope and send it via the U.S.P.S. halfway across the United States.
