Riv & Trop are by far the big two on my list. Casino Royale was the worst. Walked into the room and tried the light. It didn't work. Closer inspection revealed that one of the two wires was split from the plug about 8 inches and just waiting to tickle my ankle. Rather than switch out the lamp, they put me in a different room. !?!?
