Maybe you can help me with a problem I am having. I know my way around in it some, but am nowhere near an expert.

Here is the scenario:

I am creating an action. Before I start my action I have used the circle tool to select a circle (chip).

My action then does this:

Goes to Edit, Free Transform and changes the height and width of the circle to 155 pixels
Then goes to Edit, Copy
Then to File, New and changes the size of the new file to 158 x 158 100 dpi
Then pastes the copied circle into the new file

Problem is, next time I run the action, instead of changing the height and width of the selected circle to 155x155, it changes it to the % that it happened to be when I created the action.

Is there any way to force it to change it by pixel dimensions instead of a percentage?
