Why would we want to regulate over seas on line gambling? Do we regulate and tax their brick and mortar gaming? If you are offering a great product in the USA with the trusted names in gaming, who would want to risk their money in an over seas unregulated market? Yes maybe a few players but I think the land slide would go with the trusted names that would be legal here in the USA. Just my view about online gambling.
