My understanding is that the Playboy club will be a totally separate entity (like London Club within the Aladdin).
Palms employees that wanted to work in the Playboy club had to give up their Palms benefits and seniority. The Nine Group will be running the Playboy club.
Again, my understanding is that the Playboy Club complex will consist of the Playboy Club itself, a nightclub called Moon and a restaruant called Neve(or something like that) on two or three floors of the new tower.

I should have a better understanding of it all after Thursday. I believe that I will be able to participate in the "Playboy Play Days" on Thursday. (I hope they have "play" chips) I'm still emailing back and forth with the Nine Group for an invite.
