You can dump the clichés Norm. One or two Pubs stuck (sneaked) this into the bill, but plenty of Dems voted for it. If it had been allowed to be voted on as a stand-alone bill, I have to wonder what the split might have been. ...just a guess, it wouldn't have made it to a vote unless the govt could have taken a piece of the action by taxing the activity.
