oops maybe I should re phrase about the opening bid but I don't quite no how.
When you start your bid at 99 cents and no one bids higher you sell it no fraud no deception. If however if you shill bid it up you never intended to sell at that starting bid thats deceit and also illegal in some states including New Jewsey (unless disclosed to the bidders)
