"It had nothing to do with this thread"
Its exactly the same discussion as the other thread.
I went to Whalen with a list of questions the club wanted answers to in order to be 'satisfied'.
He provided answers to 90% of those questions. I understand why he didnt answer the rest but 90% was not good enough for the BOD. They served the lawsuit. Ive had no involvement with it since that time.
A proposal was made which would have made everything public if all his customers had agreed to it. They didnt agree so it didnt happen. This would probably have curtailed the lawsuit also. All in all, I went back and forth between the club and Whalen, discussing this and trying to reach an agreement which would avoid legal proceedings, over a period of 10 months.
This even involved a second 12,000 mile round trip to interview him again. All in all I went to his house 3 times for maybe 4 hours a time. I had several phone conversations with him lasting hours as well.
David Sarles asked Whalen the same questions I did on a separate visit. He got the same answers to the same questions.
As I said, if you want to know who made the decisions then you are asking the wrong person.
If you want to know why DW stopped co-operating then ask him.
Whats your view on current issue chips being altered?
