What is going on with the chips from Isle of Capri, Biloxi? On 9-24-06 Eugene posted a message on this board offering to trade several chips, including $1 and $2.50 house mold chips from this casino. Here is a link to that message:

I contacted Eugene by email and inquired about this chips. He stated that these are the new chips from that casino, and he obtained them from the tables. These chips (as well as the matching $5 & $25 chips) are shown in the CHIP GUIDE as being "Backup Set" chips. Also, eBay seller vic1243 has been selling these chips for pretty good money. His auction description would lead one to believe that these chips are from a backup set. You can see one of these auctions here:

Are these chips current house chips? Were they at one time backup chips? Anyone know for sure?
