It would seem to me that there are reasons for blocking and there are REASONS for blocking, without an explanation as to why each ID was blocked you would be posting a statement without substantiation and that would be unfair if your reason was not included. Not all transactions workout and not all blocked IDs are blocked for the same and/or good reason!
