I did ask first. You make it sound like i just decided to post this. I went through every channel i could except Paypal, to file a claim. If he works media, he definetly has access to a computer and email. If there is/was a problem he should contact the buyer (me) and let them (I) know. He had no problem emailing me 4x in an half hour looking for payment. It works both ways.
