I found just one of these in my collection. Sorry, no dupes. See picture below (I am referring to the Lighthouse chip). I believe it was made in the 1980's or early 1990's. It is a thick square-edged chip. I have never seen an old Crest and Seal or old plain inlay chip with edge spots (inserts).
