Yep, I got my horses ass chip so I qualify as a true fool, idiot, etc. That's cool.

I once had a major squabble with the IRS...I paid them $16000 dollars. Not good enough...they still wanted another $7.00. So, bill came for that...So I paid half...Told them I was poor and times were tough. So then my balance was $3.50 plus interest. So then new bill comes for $3.50 plus 6 cents interest. So I send them check for $3.50. Then bill for ten cents...so I send check for 5 cents...times still tough...Then interest was running rampant...Now owe 6.66 cents...Sent check for half of that...three cents.On and on...

The government agency and I went on and one for nearly a year and a half. It was just comical to keep getting billed for a few cents. Finally I went nuts and sent a check for $1.75 cents. Got nice letter saying all was paid and a refund check.

You gotta love them...
