Mark; Our local coin club (Ocean County Coin Club ... the largest and most active coin club in New Jersey) has a few stamp collector members who routinely remove the plate blocks from unused sheets of stamps going back to the 1950's and sell the remainding stamps on the sheet to the club at 10% below face to use for postage when mailing out the club newsletter to well over 100 club members each month.
