Paul's two word post didn't mean a thing to me until I listened to the news at lunch. Hugo Chavez, the president of Venezuela (the country that owns Citgo) made a rant at the UN today that included calling President Bush a "devil", among other things. I imagine that is what prompted Paul's post.
