Im going to make my own bold observation that many of these complainers behaviour patterns are strongly correllated to those of anonymous trolls
How do you think we can reduce the problem?
We've tried several times ignoring their posts but then they have a field day, thinking they have won and post 300 times in the next few hours.
When we answer their posts the arguments never end and a host of people chime in and say 'dont respond'
'Cant win' situation IMO.
