*** Look at the bottom of EVERY listing, you'll see

"Report this item"

click that, and it will say

Contact Us Listing Violations

"Step 1: Select a subtopic"

Click on: Copying of your listing

Step 2 opens with:

"Report your picture or listing was used without permission"

Click Continue

You get a link to the rules about: Item Description and Picture Theft

Finally the meat! Below this it says:

"Contact Customer Support
Email us with your question or concern."

click Email Us

The form autofills the item number into

-Item Number Box-

and asks

"Enter your item number from which picture or text was copied:"

-box here for answer-

"Enter description of what was copied:"

-box here for answer-

SEND

They don't make it easy and you have to have your auction number, that it was stolen from. I don't know if this would be useful for pictures stolen from websites?
