Just so you know in advance, it asks for the number of the listing. So you might want to copy that to paste.

Here's another way, that should still work. I did two weeks ago.

Look at the bottom of the listing. It's kind of subtile but there's a button for "report this auction"

Then you go and it asks why, tells you what the rules are, and asks do you still want to report this... then finally says, did this solve your problem, which up to this point, all they have done is give you page after page of rules. So you click "CONTACT US"
