Who is doing this? You've now gotten me paranoid. When I have a problem like that I go straight through the powerseller resources. Usually the categories don't fit so I just choose other and send them an email. They say 48 hours but its really up to 72 hours for a response. Either way it's better to go through powerseller resources than the regular channels when you have it available. I find you get action slightly faster.
