Personally, I don’t care if a chip is repaired or not.

I would ONLY care if a chip is offered to me for sale. Only then would I want to know about any alterations or repairs. At that point I could make a decision to purchase the chip or not based on that information.

A repair WOULD NOT prevent me from purchasing a chip for my collection. A SLABBED chip would not prevent me from purchasing it for my collection. It’s all about price and availability.

I DO NOT believe it matters what someone discloses or fails to disclose about a chip they own unless they are offering it to someone else for sale.
