Four of the eight "Lucky" buyers of this plaque report they were received broken in two pieces ........In my rush to send them out, I failed to box them because Chipcos had seldom if ever broken on me when mailed. These broke even in bubble wrap and/or heavy cardboard. I will replace each with another when and if I can find them available. Called again to the Lucky Chances and they have no more, will note rebate broken and do not take them at the window; and Chipco won't even return my calls regarding quality. John Kendall is not about to pay $8 for a broken product that cost him about 85 cents to make. So, I will have to quit being so cheap trying to keep postage costs down because I hate to pay postage....and charge postage to buyers. Gotta' get with the program....anyone else receive broken plaques from me, let me know and get some boxes to mail another ......later....Mel
