Bob: Before a lawyer walks into court, a client walks in the door. I concur with Jim (as always). Of course, there are bad lawyers, but there are bad doctors (a leading heart surgeon group in Syracuse is being presently investigated by the FBI for alleged insurance fraud claims); bad clergy; bad teachers; bad ditch diggers; bad prostitutes. Good lawyers do not take bad cases; and there are laws or court rules in most states and in the Federal system that provide substantial sanctions for frivolous law suits. Peace.
