Maybe you should add the state legislators, too, as they won't pass legislation that would make the plaintiffs in such worthless cases pay for the other side's legal expenses when the case finally gets what it deserves (bounced, that is).

It isn't just the legal system, either, Bob ----- it's also the large number of people in our society who want something for nothing on the one hand or who refuse to accept responsibility for their own actions on the other.
