I can tell by the dates on some of those labels that some of the contents will have turned to vinegar by now, which is a hazardous substance. My wife and I operate a disposal facility for such waste and although we've only disposed of Opus One a couple of times we DO consider ourselves experts in handling it. We've never disposed of the Duckhorn, but we're willing to work with you to get the problem taken care of.
