Good to hear from you again Steve! You are 100% correct, especially on new issues. I think e-bay has had a modifying effect on the price of mid-range obsolete chips ($100 and less). They quite often sell for less than "The Chip Rack" value and almost always less than the somewhat inflated prices in the "Official Price Guide". I think that ease of access plays a part in that. People know there will probably be another one offered soon and they do not have to buy NOW.
