I do not know about every one else but I am not happy with current mail delivery . I pay first class postage for bubble mailed items. I can expect 1 to 3 weeks or longer in delivery. This is true in both sent & received items. I know the Philadelphia PO main office has recently moved. This should not effect mail delivery. I think that if the PO can not deliver first class mail within a week they should be made to refund postage. mail stinks. maybe it should be run by
another company. Any one agree or disagree at all?
