An interesting thought... the rules from the gaming commission, stated in the newspaper when this first occured, stae that tips can be shared by a group of employees if that group of employees contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.

With that being said, a scenario...since front desk reps, maintenance, general casino cleaners, casino hosts, security guards, etc., etc., all contribute to the satisfaction fo the customer while they are enjoying the casino, then all of these folks should share in the tip pool since they are a part of a group.
