and or chipping community. As Charles said that he would only buy a pricey coin if it was slabbed.likewise i would want to make sure any chip i bought over , oh maybe a grand wasnt repaired. lets face it no one is going to slab a low end chip , and no expert in the club will even talk slabbing given the current climate.
