It IS common practice to refer to the "decade" of the '90's, '80's, '70's, etc., even though they wouldn't coincide properly with centuries or millenniums. <g> Even I have to admit I find this a convenient way to refer to the ten year periods of time ("the decade of 1991-2000" is awfully awkward!).

Nice chip, BTW, though naming ONE as the best of the decade is difficult. Here's one I particularly like -- not sure it's the best, but it's definitely in the top group. Was COTY in 1994. ----- jim o\-S
