Situation down there. My time-share org. owned the gaming rights to the Royal Cabana casino floor only. Bldg was owned by the developer, who formed a management Co. that had the contract with us for 25 years. We just got through canceling their contract through the court system(they are something else). Now they still have the Villas, as they are a different org. & have nothing to do with the Beach & Raquet Club. They own the Hangout & are the ones who say they are opening the Key Largo. They would need another license to open a casino, but, like I said the Gov. down there is up for grabs when $$$$ are involved. So, we will have to wait & see. I have heard it opens next month. Brian
