My wife & I are planning a short trip to LV this weekend. Since I was planning on bringing some chips there and some back, I was wondering if anyone knows what if any, the airlines/airports have about taking chips as part of their hand carry items.

I have never packed my chips in check in luggage, and would like to avoid it if at possible. With the new restrictions on carry on items, was wondering if its OK to have them as carry on items.
