Do all dealers toke equal amounts to the 'suits'? Not having been employed in the casino industry myself ... wouldn't this practice be considered "brown-nosing the boss" in the hopes of being recommended for future advancement ... especially if one were to toke the bosses unusualy large amounts? Would the "suits" hold it against a poker dealer if he/she didn't fork over a portion to the boss?
