Wayne the success of the Pit and customer satisfaction is the responsibility of all Pit workers. The gaming experience is what it is all about.

Liken it to a poker tournament. All workers involved including the Tourny Director make it happen and all share the toke pool.

Liken it to the cage cashiers. All workers including the Cage Managers make it happen and share in the toke pool.

Why should dealers get all the $ when it takes others to make it happen.

In CA all workers are in on the toke pool and IMO that is the way it should be.

In most (not all) LV poker rooms the dealers toke off the floor at the end of the shift. Poker dealers know it takes every one to make it happen.

I think you will see other properties follow this bold move that should have been made years ago.

Two weeks from now you will not be hearing the dealers whining as they know it should have happened years ago.
