Archie, I must confess that being a resident of Illinois (a stone's throw from our printer in Minnesota) has it's perques! I received my magazine via bulk mail on Wednesday, February 9th. My son Brian received his copy via bulk mail on Friday, February 11th. Now, what does that say about USPS handling of bulk rate mail? I don't think there is a stock answer (explanation)!
