Harold's Club sold these individually and in sets like the one below. Yours is the older design - the one on the right below with the pinwheel is the newer design. The one in the box with the paper label is the oldest. I have three of the one you have and that's about all I have found - at a reasonable price - in about 15 years of looking. The miniature bottle collectors got a lot of them so the casino collectors only get the leftovers.
