In this county...If the bar serves food that is cooked (i.e., anything besides beef jerky, chips, or various pickled pig parts) it is illegal to smoke in that establishment. I personally don't smoke, and don't like smoking around me while I eat, so I like this law in restaurant/bars. However, I feel a tavern or club without a meal menu should be allowed to let people smoke if they choose to. Bars are full of adults only, and if the smoking is too much for them, then they can always move on down to the next bar on the block
