I always chuckled everytime I passed a restaurant in Philadelphia on 5th Street, one block from Independence Hall, that had a sign over their entrance that read:

"Welcome Vistors Now Serving Breakfast"

Of course I always read it to myself inserting a comma next to "Welcome".
