Having grown up in El Paso, I can tell you that Juarez was a hotbed for a lot of things!

I have an 1929 EP phone book that lists International Book & Stat at 112 Texas. Phone Main-496. I think that part of town got washed away a couple of weeks ago.

I agree, that's a beautiful chip. I'm going to have to keep my eyes open for one.
