This is and was a work of love and a memorial to my late son.
I suposedly gave it lock, stock and barrel to the CC>CC but have never heard from them. Must be busy with other tasks.
In any event there were 2 conditions attached to the 'gift'.
1. My son's name MUST remail on the reference work
2. It could not be sold for PROFIT, donations were OK as long as a specific amount was not specified.

I am just trying to give something back to the hobby in general. At a penny an hour you could not afford it.

PS Putting anything on a CD is a very easy task. I have many guides converted to CD but The Chip Rack, no. I have long since given up Nevada, in particular Las Vegas Gift Store.
