Good for you Archie. And as long as the club is satisfied with remaining as it is and not attracting new blood, I wouldn't changed a thing. This works for the couple of hundred "oldies" who have been here for a while.

If the club ever wants to attract new blood, however, a more welcoming, less hostile face would be helpful. And I am not refering to David or Gene in particular here. I know that there are people who would donate countless hours to the club if they felt their participation would be appreciated or at least not scorned. We will never know what talent has been turned away, or what the nasty behavior of a few has cost the entire hobby.
