I suspect this is because the $100 and up will be/have been replaced by RFID chips (in line with other Station's properties)

Now, this is interesting, and if Andy reads this he may be able to shed more light.

All $100 LE's have the same base colors/inserts as the 1st rack.
Very quickly after the casino opened, they changed the insert colors on the $100's.
Are they both in play?
